The second method is to use ultrasound to achieve the purpose of degreasing. The specific method is to add ultrasonic waves to clean water, which can also be called ultrasonic cleaning. Under the action of ultrasound, the speed and effect of degreasing stamping parts are greatly improved. However, this method also has certain disadvantages, that is, it is difficult to make the ultrasonic oil removal tank larger, so it is usually used in a small area. Nowadays, the application scope of ultrasonic degreasing is becoming wider and wider. In summary, for the pre-plating oil stain treatment of stamping parts, we can choose any one of the above two methods for treatment according to the needs.
