It should be known that the size of stamping products themselves are relatively small, so more attention needs to be paid to ensure their dimensional accuracy. Below we will analyze this issue with you, hoping to provide some reference. First of all, in actual production, we need to comply with the corresponding rules and requirements. For example, 'GB/T13914-2002 Stamping Parts Dimension Tolerance' specifically specifies its dimensional tolerances. In the closed cooling tower, specific dimensional tolerances are specified according to the flat stamping parts and the formed stamping parts. Under normal circumstances, the size tolerance of stamping parts is mainly related to its own size and thickness of the plate, and it is also affected by the accuracy level requirements. Among them, the dimensional tolerances of flat stamping parts can be divided into 11 grades, usually represented by ST1 to ST11. For example, the dimensional tolerance of flat stamping parts is usually expressed in ST, and the tolerance grade code is mainly expressed in Arabic numerals. From ST1 to ST11, its accuracy level shows a decreasing trend. In addition, when analyzing the dimensional tolerances of formed stamping parts, FT is usually used to express the dimensional tolerances. It can be divided into ten accuracy levels, which are generally represented by FT1 to FT10. The Arabic numerals represent the tolerance level. For example, from FT1 to FT10, it means that the accuracy level is successively reduced. In addition, when analyzing the dimensional accuracy of stamping parts, an index is also considered, that is, the limit deviation. Generally speaking, the hole size will be calculated according to the lower deviation of 0, and the upper deviation of the lower deviation plus the size tolerance. For the shaft size, the upper deviation is the basic deviation, the value is 0, and the lower deviation is the upper deviation minus the dimensional tolerance. As for the hole center distance, the upper and lower deviations such as the hole edge distance should be one half of the dimensional tolerance.
