Introduction to the disassembly method of broken head screws
⑴ If the screw section is higher than the surface of the part, you can use a hacksaw to cut the groove, and then use a screwdriver to unscrew it according to the size of the screw. You can also find a nut with a diameter similar to that of the broken head screw and put it on the broken head, weld the screw and nut into one body from the inside of the nut, and then unscrew it with a wrench. ⑵ If the screw section is flush with the part plane or lower than the part plane, drill a hole on the broken screw with an electric drill, drive in a quenched steel nail with a square section, and turn it out with a wrench. Electric welding can also be used to gradually pile up the broken ends. When it is higher than the plane, the nuts are welded and screwed out with a wrench, or the screws can be drilled out with an electric drill, and then tapped to enlarge the screw holes.
