Introduction to the safe operation process of the sawing machine

1 Wear work clothes and work caps.

2 Before use, check whether the electrical program instructions, lubrication, cooling parts and the vise are normal, and then run it for a few minutes without load.

3 The clamping of the sawed material should be tightened, especially if the clamping of multiple pieces is to be checked whether all are tightened.

4 If the sawed material has a large bending, it should not be clamped in multiple pieces, and a single piece should be clamped firmly and then cut.

5 When lifting and unloading long materials, pay attention to whether there are people around, and if it is longer than the bed surface, install the bracket. The operation of more than two people should be directed by one person and coordinated with each other.

6 Choose appropriate cutting specifications according to the variety and hardness of the material. Materials with too high hardness should be annealed before sawing.

7 The skew of the saw blade should be corrected in time. The tension of the saw bow should be appropriate to prevent breakage.

8 When the saw blade is broken in the middle, turn off the power before changing it, and turn the workpiece over and cut a new saw blade.

9 The circular saw blade should be covered with a protective cover, and your head and hands should not be close to the running saw blade.

10 The sawn blanks should be sorted and stacked neatly and steadily to prevent falling, collapsing and affecting the smooth flow of the passage.
