Introduction to the use of tablet press molds

1. Disconnect the power of the machine first when installing and disassembling the mold, and you must crank it manually.

2. Do not drop tools and other foreign objects into the mold to prevent damage to the mold.

3. Loosen the fixing bolts of the middle mold first when installing and disassembling the mold (rotate 5 times counterclockwise) so as not to touch the fixing parts of the machine.

4. Ensure that the mold tank is clean. Dirt in the mold tank will cause unevenness between the mold and the mold table, and a special mold seat must be used to clean it.

5. When the middle mold is installed correctly, its top surface is flush with the turning surface. If the mold is not the same height as the turning surface, the mold must be removed and reinstalled.

6. Put the disassembled mold into the mold plate (the punches cannot face each other) and do not collide with each other.

Maintenance:

1. When replacing the mold, first remove the upper punch, lower punch and then the middle mold in order. (Because the chip-shaped edge of the mold is very fragile, don't collide with each other during the mold removal process)

2. Clean and inspect the disassembled molds one by one, and repair or replace them in time if any problematic molds are found.

3. The cleaned or repaired mold shall be protected (protected with anti-rust oil), and then the mold head shall be covered with a protective sleeve and placed in a special mold cabinet.
