★ After turning and milling processes, the parts need to be plated with 2-3um nickel on 2-3um copper.
★ The spindle of the part has M12 thread, and the general standard requirement is Ra 0.8.
★ the surface of the part must be smooth and free of burrs and defects
★ No pollution to environment. Part complies with RoHS.
★ We are using 5 axis automatic lathes to produce.
★ Parts can pass 24 H salt spray test.
