What the factory should pay attention to. Actually, it can treat stamping in the same way that it treats logistics. When a factory operates a punching machine, how can even the punching machine not be fully qualified, and where does safety start? The main requirements for equipment are as follows: 1. A well-run punch press is the foundation of safe production. The lubrication of the press must be normal; the copper bushes must not be excessively worn; the tightness of the brake must be within the normal range; the clutch and control system operation Flexible; bolts in various parts cannot be loosened; 2. The design of stamping die is reasonable. If punching press is the first element of safe production, then stamping die is the second element. The production of stamping parts relies on stamping dies, so whether the design of stamping dies is reasonable plays a vital role in safety. Whether it is convenient to discharge and return the material smoothly all affect the safety of the factory during operation. When designing the mold, it must be possible to ensure that the factory can easily use tools to unload and unload. 5. Safety tools must be used. It is absolutely not allowed to let hands enter the mold working area during the stamping process. This requires that safety tools must be used to complete the unloading and unloading work. The safety tools that are often used nowadays are magnet type, suction cup type and tweezers. 6. Reasonable noise reduction measures. Under the influence of the noise of the punching machine for a long time, the concentration and mental state of the factory will continue to decline. Reasonable noise reduction measures can not only ensure the mental state of the stamper, but also be responsible for the health of the workers! 6. Establish a safety management system and punching machine operation manual. Stamping factories must carry out safety training for stamping workers from time to time, so that the concept of safe production can be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. When operating a punch, you must maintain a good mental state, and you must not operate the punch when the mental state is not good. Calm state of mind When encountering the situation that the feeding is not smooth or the product is stuck in the mold, you must calmly stop the machine and do not be impatient. 4. It is strictly forbidden to enter the work area with hands. 90% of the accidents of punching injuries are caused by workers entering the work area. Under no circumstances should their hands enter the work area. This is the first guarantee of safety for stamping workers! Manual safety tools must be used! 5. Wear reasonable work clothes, and the neckline and cuffs must have a certain degree of tightness. For female workers, those with long hair should wear a work cap and press the hair into the cap. Can't operate the punch in a skirt. 6. Learn the company's safety regulations and operation manuals, often learn the safety production specifications and systems formulated by the company, and establish safety production awareness. As long as the matters that need to be paid attention to in daily production are strictly implemented in accordance with the requirements, in fact, stamping is not that dangerous.
