Reduce the adsorption force between the punch and the debris (1) Open grooves on the punch For punches with a relatively large cross-section and regular symmetry, a small groove can be ground in the middle to reduce the contact area between it and the waste (as shown in Figure 2).  (2) For punches with larger cross-sections and irregular shapes, you can use diamond grinding rods to grind some pits on them.  (3) In the design, blow holes are added to the punch to blow air to prevent jumping chips. 2. Increase the friction (clamping force) of the cutting edge of the die against the waste.    (1) For inserts or combined die, a drape pin can be used to 'cover' a place about 1mm below the cutting edge to increase the waste. The friction (clamping force) in the die.  (2) For technical auxiliary steps, such as side edge, cutting edge of the material distribution station, etc., the shape of the waste can be appropriately complicated to increase the clamping force of the waste in the die, thereby preventing chip jumping.  3. Others   (1) Use a vacuum cleaner to suck away waste materials to prevent chip jumping. Use a vacuum cleaner at the bottom of the lower mold to form a negative pressure to suck away the waste. Experiments have shown that this is also a good way to prevent jumping debris.  (2) For some small punches, when punching, the blanking opening should not be too small, otherwise it will cause debris accumulation due to electrostatic attraction of the waste.  (3) Keep the punch and die cutting edges sharp, and add cutting oil in an appropriate amount, which is also helpful to prevent chip jumping.
