The switch is shut down in time to achieve the purpose of protecting the mold. ③The design of blanking die design waste material jump up and block the leaking hole is one of the main reasons for mold damage or even scrapping. Combining the measures to prevent the waste material from jumping up and blocking the leaking hole and the above factors, choose the double cone type The cavity structure. The material of the part is brass with a thickness of 0.4mm. The forming force and friction force during the working process are small, and the strength of the die is not high.
