Knowledge of CNC machine operation panel

The CNC operation panel is equivalent to a computer keyboard, used to input instructions and complete specific functions, and is a collection of many shortcut keys.

For example, the operation panel of FANUC has the following buttons:

RESET reset button

Press this button to reset the CNC system. Including canceling the alarm, resetting the spindle fault, exiting the automatic operation cycle halfway and exiting the input and output process halfway.

CURSOR cursor movement key

Move the cursor to the editing position

PAGE page conversion key CRT screen forward change page RT screen backward change page

Address and number keys Press these keys to enter letters, numbers and other characters (Guide: PS-80 metal stamping parts cleaning machine features)

POS position display key displays the current position of the machine tool on the CRT

PRGRM program key in edit mode, edit and display the program in the memory

In MDI mode, input and display MDI data in automatic mode, command value display

MENUOFFSET offset value setting and display

DGNOSPARAM self-diagnosis parameter key parameter setting and display, diagnosis data display

OPRALARM alarm number display key, alarm number display and software operation panel setting and display

AUXGRAPH graphic display key graphic display function

INPUT input key is used to input parameters or offset values; start the input of I/O devices; input command data in MDI mode

OUTPTSTART output start key output program to I/O device

ALTER modifier key to modify the characters or symbols of the program in the memory

INSRT insert key to insert characters or symbols behind the cursor

CAN cancel key to cancel the characters or symbols that have been entered in the buffer

DELET delete key to delete the characters or symbols of the program in the memory
