Knowledge sharing: maintenance methods and instructions for electric retractable doors

Carry out system maintenance according to the maintenance plan and record it in the equipment daily maintenance table;

A. Remove the dust on the surface of the telescopic door motor and drive chain, and add lubricating oil;

B. Check the components in the control box, tighten the terminals, and clean the dust in the box and on the surface;

C. Check the manual switch control box and clean the dirt on the button;

D. Check the upper and lower travel switches of the telescopic door, and add lubricating oil to the switch slide;

E. Check the electric brake manual switch and manual starting device;

F. Manually control the telescopic door, check the operation, and adjust the position of the upper and lower stroke switches to make the telescopic door open or close in an appropriate position. During the test, the telescopic door must not be flushed to the top or bottom;

J. Smoke/temperature sensing near the telescopic door checks the function of the electric telescopic door, and the fire control center monitor tests the function of the telescopic door on the linkage platform.
