The tilt of the discharge plate may cause the punch in the mold to break. ①Maintenance of the male and female molds When disassembling the male and female molds, pay attention to the original condition of the mold. As the total length of the male mold becomes shorter after maintenance, and when a gasket is required to reach the required length, check whether the effective length of the male mold is sufficient. When using a new punch or die insert, pay attention to the treatment of the clear corners. Due to the wear of the grinding wheel during grinding, the inner concave clear angle will have a small R. Relative to the outer convex part, R needs to be artificially repaired to make the fit clearance reasonable. Pay more attention to the formed small protrusions. When replacing the broken punch, check the cause, and check whether the punch has caused chipping and whether the cutting edge needs to be ground. Assemble the concave mold, place it horizontally, then place a flat iron block on the mold core and tap it gently into place with a copper rod. Do not place it at an angle but force it in (if necessary, place it at the bottom corner of the mold core). Pour out R for easy introduction). If the force is uneven during assembly, the spacers added under the die should be flat, generally no more than two pieces (and use steel pads as much as possible), otherwise it will easily cause the die to break or form Unstable size (especially bending forming). After the punch and mold core are assembled, check the material tape to see if the parts are incorrectly installed or reversed. Check whether the female mold core is flipped or not, and then assemble the unloading plate or close the mold after confirming that it is correct. Pay attention to the locking confirmation of the discharge plate screw in order to obtain sufficient locking force. When locking, it should be cross-locked with a balanced force from the inside to the outside. Do not lock one screw at a time and then another screw, otherwise the punch will be broken or the accuracy of the mold will be reduced. ②Maintenance of the discharge plate The disassembly of the discharge plate can be balanced with two screwdrivers. When the disassembly is difficult, check whether the mold is cleaned, whether the locking screws have been completely disassembled, and whether the mold is damaged due to material jams. Find out the cause, and then deal with it accordingly, and it must not be handled blindly. When assembling the unloading plate, clean the punch and the unloading plate first, add lubricating oil to the guide post and the introduction of the punch, put it in smoothly, use a rubber mallet or a copper rod to balance it into the proper position, and then Press it in place with both hands and repeat it several times. If it is too tight, check the reasons: whether the guide post and guide sleeve are oriented normally, whether each part is damaged, whether the new part has been properly treated (such as whether the punch is also chamfered, whether it can pass through the unloading plate, etc.) , Find out the reason, and then make appropriate treatment. The material contact surface between the unloading plate and the die is stamped for a long time to produce indentation (the gap between the unloading plate and the cavity is generally the thickness of the material minus 0.03-0.05mm. When the indentation is serious, it will affect the pressing of the material Accuracy, resulting in abnormal product size, instability, etc., need to repair or re-grind the material plate insert and the discharge plate. The contour sleeve should be checked for accuracy. If the height is not equal, it will cause the discharge plate to tilt. Its precision The guiding and smooth spring pressure function will be damaged and must be maintained. ③Check the guide post and guide bushing fit clearance How the guide piece wears and the accuracy is destroyed, which reduces the accuracy of the mold, and there will be problems in each part of the mold. Therefore, it must be properly maintained and replaced regularly. Check the accuracy of the guide. If the guide pin is worn, it has lost the proper accuracy and function of the belt guide and must be replaced. Check the spring condition (discharge spring and top Material spring, etc.), depending on whether it is broken or not broken after long-term use, but has lost its original strength after fatigue, and must be maintained and replaced regularly, otherwise it will cause damage to the mold or poor production.
