The selection of materials in stamping parts processing is very important. Today, I will introduce the selection of materials for processing metal stamping parts. Whether the die used for metal stamping parts adopts an elastic pressure discharge plate or a fixed discharge plate depends on the size of the discharge force, and the material thickness is the main consideration. Since the operation of the elastic unloading die is more convenient than the fixed unloading die, the operator can see the feeding action of the strip in the stamping die, and the elastic unloading plate exerts a flexible force on the strip when unloading, which will not damage the workpiece Therefore, in the actual design, the elastic unloading plate is used as much as possible, and only when the unloading force of the elastic unloading plate is insufficient, the fixed unloading plate is used.  The hardness test of metal stamping parts adopts Rockwell hardness tester. Small stamping parts with complex shapes can be used to test the plane is very small, can not be tested on the ordinary desktop Rockwell hardness tester. Alloy stamping parts are the most commonly used parts in metal processing and mechanical manufacturing. Stamping processing is a processing method that uses molds to separate or shape metal strips. Its application range is very broad.  The processing of metal stamping parts includes punching, bending, deep drawing, forming, finishing and other processes.
