Because the material of aluminum alloy stamping is softer than metal iron, it is expensive and easy to break. Some aluminum alloy products require subsequent processing, such as wire drawing, anodizing, etc., which are particularly prone to top scratches and scratches during stamping production. In terms of manufacturing, pay special attention to the following points:    1. For punching holes that do not affect the number of projects, try to arrange the punching holes in the back of the project punching, and even for products with a large number of punching holes, consider doing one more project and also arranging the punching holes. The aluminum material is soft and the mold is more likely to block the material, so when designing the mold gap, a gap of 10% of the thickness of the bilateral material should be placed. The straight depth of the knife edge is more suitable for 2MM, and the taper is 0.8-1°. .  3. When bending and forming, because the aluminum material is prone to produce aluminum scraps during bending, the box-type substation will cause spot damage and indentation. For stamping parts that need to be processed after anodization, if there is a flattening and flattening process 180°, the product cannot be completely pressed. Complete pressing will cause acid spitting, so 0.2-0.3MM is required In order for the acid to flow out smoothly and in time, it is necessary to make a limit block and calibrate the mold higher than the mold in this process.    5. Because the aluminum material is brittle and easy to crack, especially in the case of reverse folding, so Try not to make crimping lines, even if you do, make the crimping lines a little wider and lighter.    6. All aluminum knife edges are required to be cut with a slow-moving wire to prevent burrs and irregular blanking. Aluminum parts are easy to cut. High temperature is generated, so the punch hardness is required to be above 60°, at least SKD11 material is used, and there must be no poor quality punches such as D2.    Aluminum is soft, so it is easy to cause top damage, crushing, scratching, and deformation during stamping production. In addition to the requirements on the mold, the following points must be done during stamping production:    1. To stamp aluminum parts well and reduce the defect rate, first do a good job of 5S, especially cleaning, including molds The punching table, assembly line and packaging materials must be free of sharp debris, no dirt, and regular and clear rectification, and the mold must be cleaned up and down without debris.    2. If the product is found to have large burrs, it must be sent to the mold for repair and follow up. As a result,   3. Therefore, when punching and cutting, it is necessary to apply a little pressure plate oil on the material (which can dissipate heat and smoothly dredge the blanking) and then press.    4.
