Fully automatic and manual high-speed punching machines must be equipped with two-hand brake system power switch, and it is strictly forbidden to step on or start the power switch with one hand. 2. After adjusting the machine with high punch, and after all normal punching, turn off the soundproof box. 3. During continuous stamping, employees cannot put the stamped parts by hand within 1M of the punching machine. 4. After the technician lowers the mold and adjusts the machine, only one person adjusts it, and there is no need for two to adjust. 5. The technician adjusts the machine and feeds, only outside the machine and equipment, and the spacing is not less than 1M. 6. The screw must be clamped tightly when setting up the mold, and the screw must be shut down every 4 hours to check if the screw is loose. 7. When there is a problem in the processing of the mold, it is not necessary to remove the mold. When the mold is repaired immediately on the CNC lathe, the mold repair can be performed only when the switch power of the plastic machine is turned off and the repaired sign is hung on the switch power box. 8. After all the special tools are used up, all the auxiliary tools will be reimbursed. Do not put them on the machine table to prevent the special tools from slipping and hurting people. 9. When the machine is not in production, the switching power supply should be cut off immediately. 10. When short product parts, use special tools, and do not immediately feed or pick up goods. 11. The operator should stand up properly, keep a certain distance between the hands and the top of the head and the high-speed punch, and always pay attention to the high-speed punch posture, and it is strictly forbidden to chat with others. 12. During production, operators and mold repairers are strictly forbidden to extend door handles into the mold to work. 13 When the operator installs the centrifugal fan, it is strictly forbidden to extend the door handle to the motor to clean up the waste. 14. It is strictly forbidden to wear sandals during work to prevent molds and steel blocks in the production workshop from hitting your feet. Team leaders, millers, and mold repairers must wear protective shoes when working; 15. Male operators are strictly prohibited from wearing long hair, and female operators must tie up their long hair to prevent long hair from being caught in the flywheel of the water pump. 16. When loading raw materials, waste and molds, work with gloves to prevent scratches. 17. When there is waste oil on the ground, it needs to be cleaned up immediately to prevent the ground from slipping and falling. 18. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves when drilling and milling machines; when using CNC grinders, you must wear masks and eye protection to protect yourself. 19.
