Mold selection method for drawing parts

Stretching parts are a kind of metal stamping parts, which are widely used in precision processing industries such as automobiles, electronics, and electrical equipment. We have been deeply involved in the precision drawing industry for more than 10 years, and can customize and process various complex precision drawing parts. Next, the precision author will introduce the selection method of the drawing part die. (1) Standard mold bases should be used as far as possible for the production of tensile parts, and the type and specifications of the standardized mold bases determine the types and specifications of the upper and lower mold bases. If you need to plan the mold base yourself, the diameter of the circular mold base should be 30~70mm larger than the diameter of the concave template, and the length of the rectangular mold base should be 40~70mm larger than the length of the concave template, and its width can be slightly larger or equal to the width of the concave template . The thickness of the mold base can be determined with reference to the standard mold base, usually 1.0 to 1.5 times the thickness of the concave template to ensure satisfactory strength and rigidity. Regarding large non-standard mold bases, it is also necessary to plan according to actual needs, technical requirements of castings and casting layout planning specifications. (2) The selected or planned mold base must be compatible with the relevant dimensions of the working table and slider of the selected press, and necessary checks must be carried out. For example, the small general size of the lower mold base should be at least 40-50mm larger on each side than the size of the leakage hole on the press workbench. (3) Mold base materials usually use HT200, HT250, and Q235, Q255 layout steels can also be selected. For the mold base of large-scale fine molds, cast steel ZG35 and ZG45 are used. (4) The parallelism of the upper and lower surfaces of the mold base should meet the requirements, and the parallelism is usually level 4. (5) The spacing between the guide sleeves and guide post device holes of the upper and lower mold bases must be the same, and the accuracy usually needs to be less than ±0.02mm; the axis of the guide post and guide sleeve device holes of the mold base should be aligned with the upper and lower mold bases. The lower plane is straight. When sliding guide posts and guide sleeves are installed, the straightness is usually level 4. (6) The upper and lower surface roughness of the mold base is Ra1.6 ~ 0.8μm, which can be reduced to Ra3.2 ~ 1.6μm under the premise of ensuring parallelism.
