In most cases, the flip-chip composite mold is preferred because the wormhole waste of the flip-chip composite mold can leak from the hole of the press table through the convex and concave mold. After the workpiece is carried by the upper die belt, it is pushed out by the recommended device, and then picked up by the connecting device attached to the press. The strip is ejected by the discharge device of the lower mold. This operation is convenient and safe, and can ensure higher productivity. In the form-fitting compound mold, the punching waste is pushed out by the upper mold belt and then pushed out by the pusher device, the workpiece is pushed up by the pusher device of the lower mold, and the strip is ejected by the upper mold discharge device. If it is too late to discharge the waste or the workpiece and carry out the next punching, the die edge is likely to crack.

Therefore, this part adopts flip-chip compound mold structure.

2, positioning device

In order to make the strips have an accurate position when feeding, to ensure that qualified parts are punched out, and considering that there are not many parts in production batches, and the mold structure is required to be as simple as possible, positioning pins are used for positioning.

In the flip-chip compound die, the workpiece is embedded in the blanking die of the upper die after punching, and it needs to be pushed out by a rigid or elastic pushing device. The rigid pusher device pushes the parts reliably, and can push the workpiece out of the cavity steadily. However, when punching, the rigid pushing device does not have a flattening effect on the workpiece, so the flatness and dimensional accuracy of the workpiece are lower than when the elastic pushing device is used.

Because the rigid pushing device can guarantee all the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece, and considering that the rigid pushing device has a compact structure and easy maintenance, this set of molds adopts a rigid structure. In order to take into account the flatness and dimensional accuracy of the workpiece, rubber can be inlaid between the rigid pushing device and the fixed plate of the punch.

4. Unloading device

When the composite die is punched, the strip will be stuck on the outer edge of the convex and concave die, so it is necessary to install a discharge device on the lower die.

The elastic discharge device in the lower mold generally has two forms: one is to install elastic parts (such as rubber) between the discharge plate and the fixed plate of the convex and concave mold; the other is to install the elastic parts Under the template. Since the strip discharge force of this part is not large, the former structure is adopted, and rubber is used as the elastic part.
