New invention: a retrieval method of stamping parts

A retrieval method for stamping parts, in order to make full use of the successful experience of stamping process, from the perspective of similar process, the nearest neighbor method is used to retrieve stamping parts. Specifically, first extract features and constraints between features from the three-dimensional model of the stamping part, and obtain the material thickness, strength and hardness of the material according to the stamping part material information table;

In the first stage, the similarity of the topological relationship of the stamping parts is calculated based on the plane, and the dissimilar old instances are filtered out, and the similar old instances are obtained to reduce the retrieval space in the subsequent stages;

In the second stage, from a batch of old examples obtained in the first stage, the most similar old example is obtained by comparing the comprehensive similarity of features, constraints and materials between the new and old examples.

This method has the advantages of easy implementation, less resource consumption, high computational efficiency, more accurate and reasonable.
