Start the cooling water circulation system of Shengmingda refrigeration dryer according to the operating regulations of the cooling water circulation system. Open the condenser water inlet valve.

Open the two shrink valves of the refrigeration system and check whether the exhaust valve on the water trap is in a closed form.

Turn on the voltage stabilizer and check whether the voltage can be 380V or 220V. Turn on the main power supply on the control panel and press the instrument button, and the temperature and vacuum will appear on the panel To achieve high performance, open the air outlet cover of the vacuum pump.

Turn on the cooling water circulation system according to the operating regulations of the cooling water circulation system. Open the condenser water inlet valve.

According to the process requirements, put the materials into the dry tray, install the temperature probe, and the maximum amount of freeze-drying must not exceed 30kg.

Close the door of the freeze-drying chamber and start the operation according to the freeze-drying process. All operations are completed by a full-time operator. Do not leave people during the work, and pay attention to the pressure and oil pressure of the compressor.

Complete the freeze-drying operation, after unloading the materials, clean the dry box and temperature probe, and carry out the defrosting operation.
