★ Gennerally, this crown spring is made of C18150 R540 which has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness.
After stamping, it can coat Overall nickel , partial matte tin plating and gold plating.The thickness of material is 0.45 mm.
★ In order to avoide oxidation and endurance, parts are plated nickel.
★ parts must meet 72h neutral salt spray (5% concentration), and there is no corrosion in the gold-plated area.
★ No pollution to environment. Part complies with RoHS.
★ The stamping speed is around 150-300 times/ min.
