Regardless of the positioning device, consideration should be given to many factors such as reliable positioning, meeting the required positioning accuracy, and convenient handling of parts or strips. Pin positioning design techniques (1) Fixed stopper pins use cylindrical pins or big-end pins as the positioning device for the side or feeding direction of the sheet. The fixed stopper pins are generally set on the die or elastic discharge plate. When one piece is installed with a stopper pin, the other piece must be provided with an escape hole.  (2) Elastic stopper pin    When the avoidance hole affects the strength of the cutting edge on the die, an elastic stopper pin that does not have to avoid the avoidance hole can be used.  (3) Hook type stopper pin    Elastic stopper pin. Although the fixed stopper pin can solve the problem of the strength of the die caused by the stopper pin hole, the strip must be lifted before it can be fed. When a fixed unloading plate is used, a hook stopper pin can be used.
