Before processing the stamping parts, it is generally necessary to use a shearing machine to cut the material. When operating the shearing machine to cut the material, there are mainly the following points for attention: (1) The shearing machine must have a stopper device to use the shear The board machine can easily cut the sheet into strips. The shears (gantry shears) widely used in the industry are oblique blade shears, which are suitable for cutting small thickness and large width sheets. In order to reduce the shearing force, the upper shearing blade is generally made inclined. In this way, the contact length between the cutting edge and the sheet is much smaller than the width of the sheet during cutting. Therefore, the shearing machine has a large stroke, small shearing force and stable operation. When the shearing machine is working, adjust the stopper to the stopper position. After the sheet is positioned by the stopper, the pressure block compresses the sheet, and the upper shearing blade punches down to cut the sheet. The cut sheet Fall in an inclined posture. If there is no blocking device, the operation is difficult, and the width of the cut strip has a large error. If the retaining device has the best performance and is adjustable, the strip of the required width can be accurately cut. In order to save trouble, the general operator tends to neglect the use of the stopper device. (2) It is not possible to cut steel plates that exceed the maximum allowable thickness of the shears. The main specification of the shears is txB, where t is the maximum allowable thickness of the material to be cut, and b is the maximum allowable width of the material to be cut. Because the shearing machine is designed according to the maximum allowable shearing force, if the cut sheet exceeds the maximum allowable thickness of the shearing machine, it will cause the upper and lower cutting edges to break, or damage the transmission system of the shearing machine. can not work. (3) The shearing gap must be set reasonably. Shearing and punching are both separate processes and have the same deformation process and stress and strain state. Shearing gap is the most important process parameter that affects the quality and accuracy of shearing strips. The gap between the upper and lower blades of the shearing machine is too small, the sheared upper and lower cracks do not overlap, the section forms a secondary tear, and the upper and lower blades wear intensified; the gap is too large, the section is inclined, and the burr increases. The reasonable clearance is generally (4%-10%)t (t is the thickness of the sheet), and the upper and lower blades should be adjusted according to the thickness of the cut sheet to meet the reasonable cutting clearance. Avoid using a kind of clearance cutting Sheets of various thicknesses. (4) Shears can only cut straight lines. Shears can only cut along straight lines and cannot cut round sheets. Round or curved sheets can be cut using rolling shears, vibration shears, CNC punching machines or CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, etc. Some large-scale stamping parts produced in small batches can be used to replace blanking or trimming, but the cutting quality and productivity are not high.
