In the stamping process of precision metal shrapnel molds, because the high-speed punching machine is used, the risk factor is relatively high. If the operation is improper, it will cause serious damage to the mold and the operator will also be injured. Therefore, when the mold needs to be dismounted, remember to perform the following operations to ensure that the mold and the operator are safe. There are two situations for the hardware shrapnel mold drop-off, normal drop-off and abnormal drop-off. 1. The precision hardware shrapnel mold is normally unloaded: 1. Turn the punch to 'inch' and turn off the counter; 2. Use the inch switch to hit the punch to the bottom dead center (180°), and cut the tape; it is strictly forbidden to mold If the material belt is not cut at the bottom dead center, it is easy to cause deformation of the material belt and damage to the mold parts. 3. Loosen the screws of the upper and lower molds. 4. Hit the punch to the top dead center and pull the mold to the center of the mold cart. When drawing the mold, two people are required to complete it at the same time. Do not pull the mold by one person to ensure that there is no problem. 5. The mold cart must be pulled a certain distance away from the punch before the height of the mold cart can be lowered. Prevent the mold cart from getting stuck on the punching platform, causing the mold to slip off. 6. Mold clamping screws, scissors, material hooks, flashlights, etc. are strictly forbidden to be placed on the operating surface of the punching machine when the mold is lowered. 2. The precision hardware shrapnel mold is abnormally off the machine: 1. Turn off the power of the main engine and the counter; 2. After the flywheel is completely stopped, place a plastic or paper core on the diagonally high-end pillars at the front and rear of the mold. It should not be placed between the stripping plate and the mold core fixing plate, and iron blocks can not be used instead of plastic to be placed in the mold. 3. Shake the flywheel with a stick (do not pull the flywheel by hand or use a stick to stop the flywheel from running before the flywheel is not stopped). Just stick to the upper and lower stop posts. 4. Loosen the screws of the upper and lower molds and pull the flywheel to 0° with a stick. 70°, the mold can be pulled down. 3. Precautions for dismounting the precision metal shrapnel mold: 1. Before pulling the mold, make sure that the mold inlet material belt pallet has been loosened and taken off. 2. When the mold cannot be pulled, one person can pull it out and one person can push it back. (Do not push back at the same time and push the mold out of the punching platform) You can also use the mold lifting screw to turn the screw hole of the lower mold base, and then lift it up with both hands at the same time and pull it out. 3. When the mold is pulled away from the punch, the mold trolley should not be turned too fast to prevent the guide plate or material pallet from hanging on the punch or the soundproof cover of the punch, causing damage to the mold parts or the mold slipping. 4. When the mold is abnormally lowered, it is not allowed to inching operation, especially after the mold stopper is plastic. 5. Turn off the punch host and other power supplies after the mold is lowered to avoid waste of resources. 6. When the mold is normally shut down, the mold must be inchingly operated until the guide pin enters the round hole of the material belt. (Prevent the material from retreating caused by the feeder not clamping the material when there is no air pressure. point. (It is easy to reduce the service life of the spring in the mold).
