1. Adhesion, scratches: defects on the surface of the part or mold due to the friction between the material and the convex mold or the concave mold;

3. Line offset: When the part is formed, the part that first contacts the mold is squeezed and formed a line;

4, Concave and convex: foreign matter (iron filings, rubber, dust) mixed into the uncoiling line causes convex and concave;

5, twists and turns: due to uneven stress, poor matching of drawbeads or poor control of the press slider, the r-corner or embossed part of the part has tortuous and strain;

6, wrinkles: due to poor adjustment of the press slider, low press accuracy, improper adjustment of air cushion pressure, large punch or r part, etc., wrinkles on the edge or r part are caused;

Methods of removing burrs

Complete the removal of welding beans and burrs in the shot blasting room. This is necessary to avoid short-circuit and electrical short-circuit when stamping parts are used. In the second shorter ultrasonic surface treatment, before the quality inspection of the stamping parts, the ultrasonic surface cleaning technology is again used to remove the residues left over from the shot peening process. After all the above operations are completed, the stamped parts are completely separated from the blank sheet and stored separately.

Poor quality stamping parts are placed in the waste box, and qualified stamping parts go directly to the packaging workshop. The cleaning time is 7s, and the first production line designed and manufactured according to user requirements transports the stamping sheet at a speed of 12m/min. Under such high production efficiency, the residence time of each stamping part in the ultrasonic cleaning room is only 7s. Depending on the structure of the specific equipment, the production efficiency of the production line can be further improved. In addition, the program also allows workpieces with special requirements to be processed outside the production line. In principle, it can adapt to various special professional requirements.

For example, the first ultrasonic surface treatment can be used to remove the protective coating on the surface of the blank sheet, and the cleaning of the protective layer on the surface of the blank sheet can be completed at a speed of 60m/min.
