A. Maintenance items should be implemented every 1500-2000 hours of use:

1. Testing and adjustment of oil volume and pressure detection function of lubricating grease.

2. The function of the air system filter, the adjustment valve of the oil feeder, etc., and the water impurity test inspection and necessary adjustments.

3. Check the setting value of the air pressure switch and test and adjust the pressure detection function.

4. Check and adjust the set value of the mold height indicating switch and the actual measured value.

5. Check and adjust the sprocket, chain, drive shaft, worm gear and other parts of the mold height adjustment device for looseness, abnormality and chain tension.

6. The upper cover of the gear box is removed, the internal parts are worn and the keys are loosened, and the oil tank is cleaned, the lubricant is replaced, and the running status, noise, and vibration are tested.

7. Test and adjust the oil volume and pressure of the oil injection point of each part of the transmission system.

8. Test points and necessary adjustments of the piston action of the brake release mechanism, the brake angle, the release brake clearance and the wear of the pad.

9. Gap measurement and friction surface inspection of sliding guide rail and guide path, adjust and correct if necessary.

10. Add manual lubricating grease to flywheel bearings and check pipelines and joints. (Guide: Basic knowledge of pressure gauges for various testing equipment)

11. Test and check the balance of the cylinder action and its oil lubrication system oil circuit, joints, etc.

12. Test and check the insulation resistance of the motor circuit and electrical operation circuit.

13. Test the accuracy of the whole machine (perpendicularity, parallelism, comprehensive clearance, etc.), adjust and correct if necessary.

14. Clean the appearance and accessories of the punch, check points and fix the screws of the mechanical feet (foundation), and adjust the locking of the nuts and the level check if necessary.

15. Cleaning, maintenance and inspection of the lubricating system, pipeline valves, etc.

16. The air system's pneumatic components, pipelines and other cleaning, maintenance, and action test inspections

B. Maintenance items should be implemented every 3000-4000 hours of use

17. Performance test of photoelectric safety device and test adjustment of projection angle and area.

18. The appearance of other parts of the electrical system, contact wear and loose connection, etc., check, test, and test, check and adjust the function of the two-degree rotating cam switch box and the emergency stop circuit.

19. The oil circuit of the overload protection device is cleaned, the oil chamber is cleaned, the oil is renewed, and the pressure action and function test adjustments.

20. Check and adjust the abrasion and tension of the V-belt of the main motor.

21. Disassembly and decomposition of the various parts of the brake mechanism (not included in the flywheel), cleaning and maintenance, gap inspection and adjustment, and assembly and re-commissioning.

22. The other parts of the balancer are disassembled and disassembled, cleaned and inspected, and reinstalled and debugged.

C. Maintenance items to be performed every 6000-8000 hours of use

23. Disassemble and disassemble the saw tooth connecting rod, clean and maintain, check the occlusion and wear of the saw tooth and connecting rod thread, and polish, polish the occlusal surface and apply grease.

24. Slider assembly (ball seat, press cover, overload hydraulic cylinder, worm gear, worm, etc.) disassembly, cleaning and maintenance, clearance adjustment and wear surface, oil seal inspection and re-applying lubricating grease.

25. Disassemble, decompose and clean the mold pad, check the wear surfaces, re-apply grease, and then assemble and test.

2. Division of Responsibilities for Project Implementation

A. Party A (customer) is responsible

1. Provide maintenance instructions, electrical wiring diagrams, electrical lighting and air for the punch.

2. Lubricating grease, gear box oil and other oils required for renewal and test runs are provided.

3. Forklift and lifting, handling equipment and handling required for construction are provided by labor.

4. Timely review costs for additional parts required for the project, labor and transportation, etc.

5. When Party B works overtime at night, provide venues, related facilities and cooperating personnel.

6. After the maintenance is completed, Party B will send a suitable supervisor to participate in the test machine and acceptance.

B. Party B (Chida/Boxin) Responsibility

1. Tools, measuring tools and consumable materials required for the execution of maintenance projects.

2. Transportation, accommodation and insurance for construction workers.

3. Before the construction or during the progress of the project, it is found that the maintenance items outside the maintenance project need to be extended, and Party A shall be notified in a timely manner to conduct joint investigations and negotiate settlement.

4. Implementation of safety protection and control measures in construction machines and construction areas.

5. Cleaning and waste removal in the construction machine platform and area.

6. After the construction is completed, handle the joint test machine acceptance and submit a complete construction report.
