Reasons for incomplete separation of precision stamping parts

When trimming and stamping precision stamping parts, it is generally easy to cause the incomplete separation of waste and products during the debugging stage. What is the reason for this phenomenon?  1. The gap of precision stamping parts is not suitable. The large gap is also one of the reasons for the incomplete separation of waste, or large burrs. The blanking size depends on the size of the die, and the gap is taken on the punch; the punching size depends on the size of the punch, and the gap is taken on the die. If the die is chipped or damaged, repair welding is usually performed, and then the die is processed by CNC, as a single reference, and the punch is developed. 2. The closing height of precision stamping parts is not high enough. This problem usually occurs during the debugging stage. Due to the unstable state of the mold, multiple debugging is required. After mass production, the parameters can be set in the press part. Generally easy to appear in the corner.   3. The height of the scrap knife is not enough, and the scrap knife is too low, resulting in poor contact between the upper and lower knife edges during trimming. The scrap knife can be repaired or the height of the installation seat of the scrap knife can be increased.
