The use of thermal sensors can monitor the working temperature of the bearing at any time, and automatically alarm or stop when the temperature exceeds the specified value to prevent combustion shaft accidents. High temperature often indicates that the bearing is in an abnormal condition. High temperature is also harmful to the lubricant of the bearing. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to KOYO bearing lubricant. Long-term continuous rotation of the bearing at a temperature exceeding 125°C will reduce the life of the bearing. Causes of high temperature bearings include: insufficient or excessive lubrication, lubricants. Containing impurities, excessive load, bearing ring damage, insufficient clearance, and high friction caused by oil seals, etc.
Therefore, continuous monitoring of bearing temperature is necessary. KOYO needle roller bearings measure the bearing itself or other important parts. If the operating conditions remain unchanged, any temperature change can indicate that a malfunction has occurred. The bearing temperature can be measured regularly with the help of a thermometer, such as a digital thermometer, which can accurately measure the bearing temperature and display it in units of °C or Fahrenheit.
The temperature of the bearing can generally be inferred from the temperature of the outer surface of the bearing. If the oil hole can be used to directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing, KOYO bearings are more suitable. Generally, the temperature of the bearing starts to rise slowly as the bearing runs, and reaches a steady state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation parts are proper, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormally high temperature will occur. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary precautions must be taken.
1. Fixed shoulder
KOYO bearing inner ring relies on the shaft shoulder and interference to achieve axial fixation. Suitable for supporting structures fixed at both ends. The structure is simple and the outline size is small.
2. Elastic retaining ring fixed
The inner ring of the imported bearing is axially fixed by the shaft shoulder and the lock nut. It can bear small bidirectional axial load. The axial structure size is small.
3. Lock nut to fix
KOYO bearing inner ring is axially fixed by shaft shoulder and lock nut. And there are stop washers to prevent loosening, safe and reliable, suitable for high-speed, heavy-duty occasions.
4. End face thrust washer fixed
The inner ring of imported KOYO bearings is axially fixed by the shaft shoulder and the shaft end retaining ring. The shaft end retaining ring is fixed on the shaft end with screws. The fixing screws should have anti-loosening devices. It is suitable for occasions where the shaft end is not suitable for thread cutting or the space is restricted.
5. Fixing with adapter sleeve
The axial fixation of the inner ring of the KOYO bearing is achieved by relying on the radial size of the inner hole of the adapter sleeve being compressed and clamped on the shaft.
6. Withdrawal sleeve fixed
The clamping method of the withdrawal sleeve is the same as that of the adapter sleeve. However, due to the special nut, the KOYO imported shaft is easy to install and unload due to the withdrawal sleeve, which is suitable for fixing the double-row spherical bearing with large radial load and small axial load on the optical shaft.
The improved design of the KOYO bearing seat is mainly to ensure the normal position of the bearing seat in the frame, prevent the bearing seat and the frame from generating additional axial load after wear, and also to make the bearing and the support as parallel as possible, which can be effectively eliminated Additional eccentric torque.
KOYO bearing seat adds sliding plates on both sides of the thrust lug, the purpose of which is to adjust the axial clearance in time and reduce the wear of the side of the thrust lug. The flexible nylon cage is used to prevent the cage from twisting and jamming the steel ball when dirt invades the bearing raceway. Another example is to install a hardened burlap block at the point of action of the bending force, the purpose of which is to generate an additional axial load in the bending force. Increase the internal clearance of KOYO bearings from the original ordinary level to the third and fourth enlarged auxiliary clearances.
