The so-called craftsmanship of metal stamping parts is the difficulty of processing this metal stamping part. There are many factors that affect the manufacturability of metal stamping parts, such as the product shape, size, accuracy and performance of metal stamping parts. The following motion is for the stamping author to analyze some factors affecting the processability of metal stamping parts and put forward the process requirements of metal stamping parts. First, the shape of the metal stamping parts should be simple and symmetrical, preferably composed of arcs and straight lines, so that less waste can be generated when designing the layout. Second, try to avoid long cantilevers or slots on metal stamping parts, and the minimum width should be greater than twice the material thickness. Third, the size of the punching hole should not be too small, so as not to break the punching needle during the stamping process. Fifth, when punching on the punching and bending parts and the punching and drawing parts, the distance between the edge of the hole and the straight wall of the workpiece cannot be too small. If the distance is too small, the hole will be deformed after punching and forming. After punching, the punching needle will easily break. 6.
