Matters needing attention, I hope to provide some help to friends who are looking for a stamping mold factory, and also let the mold factory know what the customer needs. First, if the machining accuracy is to ensure the accuracy of the stamping parts, the accuracy of the mold must be ensured first. Only high-precision molds can process qualified stamping parts, and the accuracy of the mold is guaranteed, which can also extend the service life of the stamping die. Now the profit of the stamping plant has solved the freezing point. If the service life of the mold is too short, it will indirectly increase the stamping plant's cost. If the mold precision is not well controlled, the subsequent stamping production will be troublesome, which not only delays the construction period, but may also cause the stamping plant to lose customers. Second, processing equipment Stamping die factory should have the most basic mold processing equipment, such as: wire cutting, drilling machines, grinders, lathes and other mechanical equipment. If the mold factory itself has insufficient equipment, there must be corresponding outsourcing manufacturers around, such as machining centers, slow wire walking, heat treatment, and so on. If the equipment is too single and there is no corresponding outsourcing manufacturer in the surrounding area, it is difficult to process some more precise or more complicated stamping dies. Third, the manufacturing period is now fiercely competitive in the stamping parts market, and product upgrades are relatively fast. The sooner all products are on the market, the more opportunities they can seize. This requires that the mold must have a relatively short processing period. Moreover, too long a manufacturing period will give customers a bad impression. Fourth, with a certain degree of experience in complex mold processing, the more complex stamping products are relatively profitable. If the mold factory has no processing experience in complex molds, it will be stretched when faced with molds for complex products. Moreover, many customers sometimes provide some three-dimensional drawings. If there is no certain experience, it is difficult to have a comprehensive understanding of the drawings. Some experienced mold factories generally have a general idea after seeing the drawings or the actual stamping parts, which can reduce the probability of errors in the subsequent processing process and greatly improve the processing efficiency.
