Spot welding method for welding parts of automobile stamping parts Welding is a processing method that uses heating or pressure, or both, with or without filler materials, to achieve atomic bonding of weldments. Welding is a detachable connection. There are four types of welded joints: butt joints, T-shaped joints, corner joints and lap joints. The seam size of the welded joint is determined by the joint form of the weldment, the thickness of the weldment and the groove form. The welding performed by electricians themselves is usually angle steel and flat steel, and generally do not open grooves. The welding methods of stamping parts are divided into four types: flat welding, vertical welding, horizontal welding and overhead welding. Different welding methods should be selected according to the structure, shape, volume and location of the welding workpiece. 1. Single-sided single-spot welding When the accessibility of the electrode on one side of the part is poor, or the part is large, and the secondary circuit is too permanent, this solution can be adopted. Feeding from one side of the weldment, you need to consider adding a copper pad on the other side to reduce the shunt and act as a fulcrum of reaction force. 2. Double-sided single spot welding All general-purpose welding machines adopt this scheme. Power is fed from both sides of the weldment, which is practical for welding small parts and large parts around the welding points. 3. Single-sided double spot welding Weld two spots at the same time to improve productivity. Single-sided power feeding usually has an invalid shunt sign and wastes electric energy. When the dot pitch is too small, welding will not be possible. In some places, if the operation permits, punching a narrow and long gap between two points on the upper plate can make the shunt current drop significantly. 4. Multi-spot welding When the number of welding points on the part is large, and the vegetable greenhouse is produced in a large scale, multi-spot welding is often used to improve productivity. Multi-spot welding machines are all dedicated configurations, and most departments adopt single-side power feeding methods. The secondary circuit is not subject to weldment size tube bundles. In a demanding environment, push-pull spot welding schemes can also be adopted. Now it is common to use a set of transformers to weld two or four points at the same time (the latter has two sets of secondary circuits). A multi-spot welding machine can be composed of multiple transformers. Three schemes can be adopted: simultaneous pressurization and simultaneous energization, simultaneous pressurization and group energization, and group pressurization and group energization. The suitable plan can be selected according to the productivity and grid capacity.
