Stainless steel self-drilling screw installation guide

1.Stainless steel self-drilling screws require a special electric drill (recommended power 600W).

2. Adjust the positioner of the electric drill to a proper position; to ensure that the screw is drilled to the correct position.

Check the speed of the electric drill; when using 3.5(6#); 3.9(7#); 4.2(8#); 4.8(10#) 410 screws; make sure that the electric drill speed is 18002500 rpm; use 5.5(12#) ); 6.3(14#) 410 screw; make sure the drill speed is 10001800 rpm. (When using 3.5(6#); 3.9(7#); 4.2(8#); 4.8(10#) 304 screw ; Ensure that the speed of the electric drill is 15002000 rpm; when using 5.5(12#); 6.3(14#) 410 screws; ensure that the speed of the electric drill is 10001500 rpm. 3. Choose a suitable socket or cross bit to install on the electric drill; then connect the screws.

4. The screws and electric drill must be perpendicular to the surface of the profiled steel plate during installation; and click the power switch; forcefully create a center point.

5. Apply a force of about 13 kilograms to the electric drill by hand; ensure that the force is on the same vertical line as the center point;

6. Turn on the power switch; it cannot be stopped midway; after the screw is in place, the drilling is stopped quickly (to prevent the occurrence of insufficient drilling and excessive drilling)

7. Matters needing attention when using single hair electric drill

① Use the positioning control device of the electric drill to avoid excessive connection.

② Excessive connection of the screw will cause the head and the screw to break, and cause the screw to drill, resulting in improper connection.

③ Exceeding the proper RPM of the power tool will cause the end of the screw to melt or excessively connect, causing the screw to break.

④ When using power tools, the impact mode will cause excessive pressure on the screws, so please pay attention to the selection.
