The rebound of stainless steel terminal mold scrap is the phenomenon that the scrap that should be bottomed out is not bottomed out during the punching process, but due to some reasons as the punch rises, it jumps out of the mold surface, and finally falls on the mold surface. Jumping is likely to cause undesirable problems such as product imprinting, as well as mold damage. In high-speed stamping, scrap rebound is the biggest killer of molds. Scrap rebound is mainly caused by the following reasons: ① For regular shapes such as round holes, due to the law of material changes in the punching process, a certain amount of formation between the punch and the scrap is formed during the punching process. When the punch rises, the waste material jumps out of the die surface under the action of the vacuum; ②Due to the viscosity of the punching oil in the production (example: N305), it is easy to make the waste material stick to the punch (especially t<0.5mm) Thin material), when the punch rises, the waste will leave the die under the action of viscosity; ③The die is too smooth to provide sufficient friction for the waste, and the waste will leave the die under the action of the vacuum and the viscous force of the stamping oil; ④ The magnetic force generated by the punch in the processing is not eliminated, or the punch has generated magnetic force during long-term work (for example: when punching copper and aluminum products), and the waste is released from the die under the magnetic force of the punch, resulting in Scrap bounce; ⑤ The blanking gap selected by the mold is too large or too small, and the cutting edge is too sharp, and the friction between the scrap and the die is too small, causing the scrap to bounce. 2.
