Stamping procedures for metal stamping parts

First, deep drawing: a stamping process in which straight wool or process parts are turned into hollow parts, or the hollow parts are further changed in shape and size. During deep drawing, the hollow part is mainly formed by flowing the material outside the bottom of the punch into the concave mold.

Second, trimming: a stamping process that uses a metal stamping die to trim the edge of the forming process to make it have a certain diameter, a certain height or a certain shape.

Third, punching: a stamping process that separates the waste from the material or process part along the closed contour, and obtains the required hole in the material or workpiece.

Fourth. Flanging: A stamping process that turns the sideways short sides along the contour curve.

Fifth, hole turning: a punching process that turns the material into a side flange along the inner hole.

Sixth, blanking: a stamping process that separates materials along a closed contour. The separated materials become workpieces or process parts, most of which are flat.

Seventh, shaping: relying on the flow of materials, a small amount of changes in the shape and size of the process parts to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece is a stamping process.

In the stroke of metal stamping parts, a mold that completes several stamping processes on the same part of the mold at the same time is called a composite mold. The biggest feature of the composite mold is that there is a convex and concave mold in the mold. The outer circle of the convex and concave mold is the cutting edge of the blanking punch, and the inner hole becomes the drawing concave mold. When the slider moves downward with the convex and concave molds, the strips are firstly blanked in the convex and concave molds and the blanking concave mold. The blanking piece is resisted by the drawing punch in the lower die, and when the sliding block continues to move downward, the female die will move downward for drawing. The ejector and the unloader push the drawn part out of the mold during the return stroke of the slider. The compound mold is suitable for stamping parts with large output and high precision.
