When there is a problem in the production process of the mold, there is no need to remove the mold. When the mold is directly repaired on the machine tool, the power supply of the injection molding machine must be turned off and the repairing sign can be hung on the power box before the mold repair can be implemented. All tools are returned to the tool box after use, and cannot be placed on the machine table to prevent the tools from slipping and hurting people. When the stamping task is completed, the equipment should be shut down in time and the power supply should be cut off. It should be noted that when processing some small stamping products, special tools should be used, and it is not allowed to directly feed or pick up parts by hand. During work, first check whether there are any abnormalities in the operation of the equipment, such as unclear orders, continuous flushing, poor operation or electrical faults, immediately shut down the machine and ask the technician on duty to deal with it.
