Stamping production process and matters needing attention

Stamping parts have good performance, so its application range is more and more extensive. At the same time, the processing and production technology of stamping parts are becoming more and more mature. At present, the production process can be divided into four parts. The first part is to determine the amount of deformation compensation according to the material, product structure, etc.; the second is to design the die to punch out finished or semi-finished products according to the compensation amount. The third link is to process semi-finished products to finished products in accordance with technological requirements. The last link is to inspect the processed stamping parts to ensure that the product quality is qualified. Common undesirable phenomena include: cracks, wrinkles, strains, uneven thickness, non-forming, etc. In addition to paying attention to product quality, in the actual production process, you also need to pay special attention to safety issues. So, what problems should geotextile pay attention to in the production process of stamping parts? First of all, semi-automatic and manual punching machines must be equipped with a two-hand brake switch, and it is strictly forbidden to press with a pedal or one-hand start switch. Secondly, after the high-impact machine is adjusted, and after normal punching, close the soundproof box. Third, when performing continuous stamping, on-site staff are not allowed to take the product by hand within 1M of the punch. When the technician is on the mold and adjust the machine, only one person can debug, not two people to debug. In addition, note that the screws must be tightened when setting up the mold. After four hours of operation, the machine should be shut down to check whether the screws are loose. When there is a problem in the production process of the mold, there is no need to remove the mold. When the mold is directly repaired on the machine tool, the power supply of the injection molding machine must be turned off and the repairing sign can be hung on the power box before the mold repair can be implemented. All tools are returned to the tool box after use, and cannot be placed on the machine table to prevent the tools from slipping and hurting people. When the stamping task is completed, the equipment should be shut down in time and the power supply should be cut off. It should be noted that when processing some small stamping products, special tools should be used, and it is not allowed to directly feed or pick up parts by hand. During work, first check whether there are any abnormalities in the operation of the equipment, such as unclear orders, continuous flushing, poor operation or electrical faults, immediately shut down the machine and ask the technician on duty to deal with it.
