Procurement of raw materials from qualified suppliers is not everything going to be all right. A qualified supplier only indicates that the supplier has the basic conditions to provide relatively stable quality of raw materials. It is still uncertain whether the actual quantity of raw materials received is in short supply and whether the quality can meet the production requirements. Therefore, before the raw materials enter the factory, the quality of entering the factory should be strictly controlled in accordance with the following requirements.
1. No need to inspect raw materials for acceptance. The acceptance should be based on the raw material procurement contract, the 'Qualification Certificate' and 'Material Book' and other quality certification materials along with the goods; for individual low-value consumables that are difficult to issue the corresponding 'Qualification Certificate' and 'Material CertificateFor raw materials without 'Certificate of Conformity' and 'Material Book
2. The raw materials to be inspected can only be put into storage after passing the inspection. Before the raw materials need to be inspected are put into the warehouse, the purchasing department should fill in the 'Sending Inspection Record' and submit it to the professional inspection department. After the professional inspection department issues a qualified inspection report, it will be put into the warehouse with the qualified report. If the inspection is unqualified, the 'Record of Non-conforming Product' should be filled out, and the quality information feedback form should be filled in in a timely manner to feedback to the quality department, and the purchasing department should be required to go through the return and exchange procedures.
3. Establish a post-inspection acceptance record in a timely manner. The custodian shall establish a 'Raw Material Warehousing Acceptance RecordThe specifications are registered separately to create a card for future inquiries and confirmations.
4. Accept the acceptance treatment of incomplete raw materials for urgent use or quality certification materials. For urgent use or incomplete quality certification materials, it is necessary to fill in the information quality feedback form in time to give feedback to the quality management department. The quality management department urges the purchasing department to request the missing quality certification materials, and the raw materials are temporarily stored in accordance with the warehousing acceptance procedures. In the unqualified area, the acceptance procedures can only be processed after verification.
5. The appearance quality acceptance of materials should check whether the outer packaging of the raw materials is damaged or defective, whether the packaging is corroded or leaked, and check the product name, grade, specification and model, etc., with the product qualification certificate and packing Single acceptance.
6. For internal quality problems that can only be exposed during the installation and use stage, the raw material custodian must establish a quality tracking card, maintain communication with the production and use unit, master first-hand information, and timely feedback when problems are found, and notify the supply department Handle in accordance with regulations.
