But it should be noted that for stepped punches, in order to ensure that the punches have sufficient rigidity, the smaller size punches should be made shorter, and the larger size should be made longer. The difference between the two is the thickness of the sheet. In this way, when punching, the large holes are punched first and then the small holes are punched. Otherwise, the material will squeeze a small punch when punching a large hole, and the small punch will be broken due to insufficient rigidity.  (2) Continuous die try to add stopper, side edge and other step distance positioning devices.    When using continuous die to stamp the workpiece, it is necessary to solve the problem of accurate positioning of the strip and ensure that the step distance of the continuous die is consistent. Only then can it be possible to punch out qualified parts. In continuous molds, the commonly used positioning devices include fixed stop pins, guide pins, guide plates, and side blades. When stamping, first use the fixed stop pin for preliminary positioning, and use the guide pin installed in the mold to ensure the correct positioning of the strip when blanking. The side edge is used to control the feeding distance of each step. The length of the side edge should be equal to the step length plus 0.05-0.5mm, depending on the thickness of the material.   (3) The guide pin (guide pin) of the continuous mold should not be too long.    In order to control the feeding step, the continuous mold must have a better positioning device. Commonly used positioning devices include guide pins, initial stop pins, side edges, guide pins, etc. The guide pin is a precision positioning method that is widely used in continuous molds. It can also alarm and stop when used with the misfeed detection sensor. , Plays the role of protecting the mold, therefore, it is often used in continuous stamping dies. In high-precision continuous stamping dies, pre-punching is often used, and then a guide pin is used to guide the coil in each step. At this time, the diameter of the pilot pin used is usually ∮1.2~6mm. It must be noted that the length of the guide pin should not be too large, and the length of the guide hole should not be too large, otherwise it will cause the mold to be poorly fed and stripped. For this reason, the straight body length of the guide pin of the continuous stamping die should be: the thickness of the guide pin fixing template + 1 material thickness. (4) It is not advisable to use Uniglue and polyurethane rubber as stripping elements in automatic die such as continuous die. For the high-efficiency production die of continuous die, its life is often more than 500,000 to 5 million strokes, and the punching speed is 40 times. /min or more.
