Wrinkling of stamping parts is one of the most important problems that plague stamping production. When stamping, we often encounter some irregular stamping parts, such as stamping parts wrinkle, deformation and other bad factors. Not only is it easy to cause scrap in the production process of stamping parts, but also easily lead to the distortion of the solder joints during the welding of the parts, and the cracking of the solder joints. Therefore, the wrinkling of stamping parts is strictly controlled in the stamping process and is not allowed. So what are the reasons that affect the wrinkling of metal stamping parts? 1. The uneven pressing force causes wrinkles. When wrinkles are uniformly generated around the parts, it should be determined that the pressing force is insufficient, and the wrinkles can be eliminated by gradually increasing the pressing force. 2. Excessive drawing depth leads to wrinkling. The distribution of material flow resistance along the mold surface is directly related to drawing. At the position of the concave-convex curve, excessive drawing will lead to uneven distribution of deformation resistance and wrinkles, which should be avoided as much as possible. 3. Excessive die fillet radius leads to wrinkling. The fillet radius of the die is too large, and the billet flows into the stamping die through the metal stamping die radius is bending resistance, which leads to smaller bending deformation. The lower the bending resistance, the greater the possibility of causing wrinkles. The greater the bending resistance of the concave die with small bending deformation, the smaller the possibility of wrinkling, but it is easy to cause cracking and stretching of the workpiece. So how to effectively prevent the stamping parts from wrinkling during the metal stamping process? 1. Reasonable use of drawbeads For parts with small flanges, in order to set the drawbeads, some materials (technical supplementary materials) can be appropriately added, and the parts can be removed when trimming. For drawn parts with large draw differences, draw ribs should be set in the part with less material feed, so that the excess material in this part can be pulled into the mold cavity to prevent wrinkling. 2. Use an ideal pressing device. There are two types of pressing devices: elastic pressing materials and rigid pressing materials. The elastic device is suitable for shallow stretching, and the rigid device is suitable for deep stretching.
