The production process of nailing glue does not involve chemical reaction. In order to facilitate the mixing of materials, the temperature of the adhesive and coating is controlled at 40°C and normal pressure. Ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, ethanol and toluene are all stored in buried storage tanks. According to the different product ratios, they are transported to the high tank through a single dedicated pipeline by a pump, and flow into the stirred tank after being measured by a liquid level difference flowmeter. , Stir under airtight conditions at a temperature of 40°C and atmospheric pressure, and then automatically meter into a self-produced polyethylene plastic barrel by a semi-automatic tube loader. Each batch of products is tested for performance such as adhesion and flash point before leaving the factory.
