Technical standards for stamping processing

The key to the technicality of stamping is the distribution of production processes and the selection of various main parameters. Precision—We have been engaged in custom processing of stamping parts for more than 10 years and have accumulated rich experience. Through many years of summary, we have obtained the following technical standards and main parameters for your reference. 1. Tool selection. The general criterion for selecting tools is the available economic development. Considering the standards of production and processing regulations, the length of the tool overhang is as short as possible, and the diameter of the CNC blade is as large as possible, which is beneficial to reduce the surface roughness of the production and processing surface, so as to develop the rigidity, heat dissipation and tool life of the tool system software. But it should be noted that the tool half-warp of the post-clearing angle should be lower than the small included angle of the contour. 2. Lathe selection. The lathe system adopts a lathe with good rigidity and high precision with a closed-loop control servo control system. 3. Process flow distribution. After the cutting edge heat treatment, the superhard production and processing process flow is allocated to the deep processing of the profile and the semi-deep processing of the cutting edge, and then the heat treatment is carried out to solve the problem, and then the superhard production and processing of the cutting edge is carried out with a lathe. 4. The overall width of the cutting edge. The total width of the cutting edge of the lower die need not exceed 25mm, the total width of the outer cutting edge of the upper die need not exceed 20 mm, and the total width of the inner cutting edge of the upper die should not exceed 15mm. If the total width of the cutting edge exceeds this value, the backing must be milled before heat treatment. 5. Mouth capacity. The remaining amount of embedded processing after the cutting edge half-depth processing is 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm (the heat treatment and quenching deformation has been taken into account), that is, the output of superhard production processing after the cutting edge heat treatment is preferably 0.1 ~ 0.3 mm. Excessive output will endanger the machining accuracy and aggravate the wear of the CNC blade. If the capacity is too small, it is likely to be short of materials when the heat treatment deformation is large. 6. Cutting edge strength. The strength of the cutting edge after heat treatment is around HRC55-65.
