In order to further improve the processing accuracy of stainless steel stamping parts, it is necessary to study the rationality, economy and value of its dimensional accuracy. In the case of mass production, progressive bending molds should be used as much as possible. Since the gap of the guide pins is directly related to the accuracy of the parts, it is also helpful to improve the accuracy if it is adjusted. From the perspective of the structure and shape of stainless steel stamping parts, when the thickness and hardness of the materials are different, the height dimension cannot be kept constant, a post-bending resection process should also be appropriately added to ensure the desired processing accuracy.
