Knife edge wear: The hair is large or the size increases (cutting the appearance design); it becomes smaller; the flatness is not very good. Grind or replace the stamping die again. 2. There is no guide: the guide pin or other positioning equipment is not effective, the feeder does not release the pressure or the correct guide pin diameter is different, and the correct guide cannot be corrected. The accurate positioning block is damaged and the feed distance is too long. 3. The stamping die is too short: the arc is increased, the chamfer is insufficient, and the forming is not complete. 4. Insufficient escape holes: Extrusion, injury or deformation. Clear escape holes or increase escape holes and deep layers. 5. Insufficient ejection: unsatisfactory feeding, bent strips, poor stripping, lower die pulling, prolonged injection. 6. Improper ejection: improper ejector pin configuration, unsuitable elasticity or too long injection. Adjust the elasticity or change the position or the total number of pins; the pin molars are matched with short teeth. 7. Poor guide material: the length of the guide plate is different or the gap of the guide material is large, or the mold and the feeder are inclined or the distance between the mold and the feeder is too long. 8. Bending deformation: squeeze the material at the upper bend; the proximal hole is deformed by the tensile force, and the skewed punch needle is not long enough to bear the uneven force. 9. Punching and shearing deformation: the raw material is distorted and uneven, the specifications are enlarged or the axial force is different.
