The advantages and disadvantages of fixing the stadium fence by expansion screws

There are two main ways to install the hardware of the stadium fence: one is the direct plug-in type, and the other is the flange plate. The flange of the stadium fence is fixed with expansion screws. What are the advantages and disadvantages of fixing the fence with expansion screws?

The expansion screw fixation of the stadium fence is to fix it on the ground through the flange plate welded under the fence post with expansion screws. This kind of fixing method requires the ground to be hardened, and the hardening layer is not less than 15 cm. The advantage of the fixing method of the expansion screw of the stadium fence is that the construction speed is fast, which greatly saves the construction cost; the disadvantage is that the ground is required, and the ground hardening layer is required to be no less than 15 cm.

General method of installing stadium fence:

1. Pre-buried installation, as the name implies, is to dig a foundation pit on the ground to fix the column with concrete.

2. The installation of embedded parts means pouring an embedded part at the column position when the site is hardened.

4. Welding and fixing, this method is used in combination with embedded parts, that is, welding the column to the pre-embedded iron plate.

The following three issues need to be paid attention to when installing the stadium fence:

1. Don't use iron pliers to open the connecting groove directly, otherwise it will damage the surface protection layer of the fence and affect the service life of the fence.

2. In order to avoid deformation and loosening of the fence, it is not allowed to hang the net on the post forcibly.

3. The pitch of the tennis court fence must be moderate. If the pitch is too large, the net surface will become loose and easy to fall off, and the function of the fence will be lost.

The various installation methods of stadium fences have their own advantages and disadvantages. The choice of installation method needs to be selected according to the actual situation of the venue.
