The effective way to improve the quality and life of molds is to develop and apply new mold materials and new heat and surface treatment techniques to continuously improve use performance and improve processing performance. Abrasion resistance is also an important performance index of deep drawing molds. When the part is formed, the metal and the surface of the mold cavity move relative to each other, which wears out the surface of the cavity, so that the size, shape, accuracy and surface roughness of the mold change and become invalid. The wear resistance of the mold is determined by the heat treatment of the mold, especially the surface heat treatment. The main basis for evaluating the wear resistance of the mold is the hardness. 1.
