1. The characteristics of the shrapnel: The shrapnel has the characteristic that it only bends briefly in one direction-the minimum stiffness plane, and has a large tensile stiffness and tortuous stiffness in the other direction. Therefore, the leaf spring is very suitable to be used as sensitive components, elastic supports, positioning equipment, flexible connections, etc. in detection instruments or automatic equipment. 2. Application of shrapnel: According to the characteristics of the material, it is applied to the actuating tissues of different environments. The springs are widely used in various touch devices, and the straight cantilever type springs with the simplest shape are the most used. The resistance of the touch sheet must be small, so it is made of bronze. The function of the measuring leaf spring is to change the force or displacement. If the fixed structure and load-bearing method can ensure that the working length of the tension spring remains unchanged, the stiffness of the leaf tension spring is stable in a small deformation range, and nonlinear characteristics can also be obtained when necessary, such as pressing the tension spring on the limit plate or Adjust the screw and change its working length. 3. Technical requirements for shrapnel: 1. The radius of the zigzag processing part. Most of the stretched springs are processed by bending. If the radius of curvature of the tortuous parts is relatively small, great stress will occur in these parts. Therefore, in order to avoid greater stress in the bending part, the bending radius should be at least five times the thickness of the plate during design. 2. The stress at the gap or hole will be concentrated. Tension springs often have stepped parts and openings, and stress concentration will occur at the steps where the scale changes sharply. The smaller the hole diameter, the larger the plate width, the greater the stress concentration factor. 3. The shape and size of the stretched reeds. The leaf springs are mostly processed by stamping. When designing, it is necessary to consider the shape and size suitable for stamping processing. At the same time, full consideration should be given to the springback of the springs during the tortuous processing and the deformation during heat treatment. The heat treatment requirements of the stretched springs should be put forward according to the performance requirements. The hardness after heat treatment can generally be determined between 36~52HRC.
