The drawing coefficient m refers to the ratio of the diameter of the cylinder part (or the diameter of the semi-finished product cylinder) to the diameter of the blank (or the semi-finished product diameter) of the drawn part before and after drawing. 2. Some deep-drawn stamping parts can be formed by drawing only once, and the drawing coefficient is the ratio of the diameter d of the cylinder part of the drawn part to the diameter D of the blank; 3. Some deep-drawn stamping parts need to be drawn multiple times. In the final shape, the drawing coefficient can be used to indicate the degree of deformation of the material during drawing. The smaller the value of the drawing coefficient m, the greater the degree of deformation. 4. Starting from reducing production costs and improving economic efficiency, the fewer times of drawing, the better, which hopes to reduce the drawing coefficient of each drawing as much as possible. However, the smaller the value of m, the greater the degree of deformation and the greater the value of pmax. When m is reduced to a certain value, the pmax value will reach the tensile strength σb of the dangerous section, which will cause the dangerous section to crack. The drawing coefficient corresponding to the extreme condition that the dangerous section is on the verge of drawing crack during deep drawing is called the ultimate drawing coefficient (or minimum drawing coefficient), which is recorded as mmin. The value of the ultimate drawing coefficient depends on the maximum tensile stress in the force transmission zone of the cylinder wall and the strength of the dangerous section. Any factor that can reduce the maximum tensile stress in the force transmission zone of the cylinder wall or increase the strength of the dangerous section is conducive to reducing the limit drawing coefficient. 5. The higher the strengthening rate of the material (the smaller the ratio of σs/σb, the larger the value of n and D), the smaller the value of the limit drawing coefficient. The larger the thickness anisotropy index, the smaller the limit drawing coefficient.
