However, because the tools are very thin, the manufacture and clamping of the tools are very difficult. , And the speed of processing small holes in metal is very slow, which limits the application of ultrasonic small holes to a certain extent. At present, ultrasonic machining is mainly used for the processing of brittle and hard non-metallic materials. The domestic ultrasonic small hole drilling machine has not been widely used. Only when small holes can be processed by EDM electrolytic machining, the ultrasonic small hole processing technology is selected.
