The correct installation steps of the metal stamping die, after mastering the installation of the die, you can do it yourself

Whether the installation of the metal stamping die is correct and reasonable will not only affect the product quality and accuracy of the metal stamping parts, but also affect the working life and production safety of the die. And mastering the installation of stamping dies is also a skill that every stamping worker should master. Normally, the installation steps of stamping dies are as follows. (1) Inspection and verification of molds and stamping machine tools. Before installing the mold, confirm the specified model of the stamping machine tool for the stamping process, and check whether the size and working requirements of the mold match the technical parameters of the designated stamping machine tool (mold height, slider stroke, etc.), and the status of the stamping machine tool is sufficient Is it good? (2) Remove any debris or foreign matter in the bottom surface of the slider of the punching machine tool, the worktable surface (or the plane of the backing plate) and the upper and lower mold seat planes of the mold. (3) Manually pull the flywheel of the stamping machine tool (or manipulate the inching button), adjust the upper slide block to the top dead center position, and turn the adjusting screw to adjust the length of the connecting rod to the shortest (that is, the maximum closing height). (4) Place the closed mold on a proper position on the workbench or backing plate of the Juli machine. If an air cushion is used, first place the ejector pin and mark the position of the mold. (5) Manually pull the flywheel of the punching machine tool (or manipulate the jog button) to make the upper slide of the machine tool move down and stop at the bottom dead center position. (6) Rotate the adjusting screw of the punching machine tool to reduce the closing height until the bottom surface of the upper module and the upper surface of the upper die seat are in close contact. If there is a mold handle, the mold position should be adjusted in time to make the mold handle enter the hole of the upper slider during this process. Then tighten the upper mold (or lock the mold handle). (7) Operate the upper slider to drive the upper die to make 2 to 3 free stroke motions and stop at the bottom dead center. (8) Tighten the lower mold. When tightening the nuts, they cannot be tightened sequentially. They must be tightened symmetrically. They cannot be tightened all at once. They need to be tightened in 2 to 3 times to make the load of each thread connection uniform and prevent the mold from shifting when tightening the nut.
