The consumption of wood-plastic composite materials in Germany has now exceeded 70,000 tons, which is a leading position in Europe. In China, plastic wood materials are a very young and emerging environmental protection industry, which has been in a period of rapid development since 2005. Plastic-wood composite materials are also more widely used, including door and window products, thermal insulation systems, park benches, flower sheds and solar screens for tower buildings. The raw materials include wood flour and other cellulose agricultural and sideline products. The average annual growth rate of the consumption of plastic-wood composite materials in China is as high as 30%. As the domestic Ru0026D technology for plastic wood production is becoming more and more perfect, in the next 10 years, plastic wood composite materials will not only be used in architectural decoration and garden landscape industries, but also in the fields of transportation track, automobile interior parts and packaging materials application. At present, the overall trend of the development of China's plastic-wood composite material industry is good, and its main performance is in two points: First, the plastic-wood industry continues to receive strong support from national policies, and the plastic-wood material manufacturing technology has entered the 'China Resource Comprehensive Utilization Technology Policy Outline' and ' 'Strategic Emerging Industry Development Plan' is the most powerful explanation; followed by the gradual formation of the plastic wood industry chain, the country’s total production capacity continues to expand, and the number of enterprises and output continue to grow. In 2010, the total output reached 500,000 tons, which has been able to compete with the United States in the world. The plastic wood industry keeps pace. However, the rapid development of China's plastic wood industry has many problems that cannot be ignored, mainly manifested in the irregular development of the industry; the technology integration is not high enough, the innovation promotion mechanism has not yet been formed; the product application field is not developed enough, and the low-end homogeneous products The competition is fierce; the standard setting work is backward, which hinders the development of the industry; and the market promotion and marketing are not balanced. In response to these problems, comprehensive measures must be adopted to gradually solve the above problems selectively, including: First, we must vigorously regulate industrial development, and support the healthy growth of the industry through various active means; second, we must persist in the integration of technological innovation and promote the establishment of industrial technology.
