Stamping is an efficient production method. Automatic production. The production efficiency is high, the working conditions are good, and the production cost is low. Generally, hundreds of pieces can be produced per minute. The purpose of the forming process is to make the sheet metal plastically deform without breaking the billet to make a workpiece of the required shape and size. In actual production, multiple processes are often applied to one workpiece. Blanking, bending, shearing, deep drawing, bulging, spinning, and correction are the main stamping processes.
