1. Pressure roller wear: The outer circle of the pressure roller is severely worn, which will cause high resistance at the end of the punch, and the pressure roller must be replaced. When the inner hole of the pressure roller and the pressure roller shaft are severely worn, the pressure roller or the pressure roller shaft must be replaced. In addition, the pressure roller shaft sometimes breaks and deforms, mainly due to excessive pressure, most of which are caused by excessive adjustment due to difficult pressure of the material. At this time, it is necessary to replace the pressure roller shaft, adjust the material, and re-adjust the pressure.

6) The bottom surface of the feeder is severely worn, resulting in uneven clearance between the bottom surface of the feeder and the turntable;
